Meet the Chandler Team Behind Servo Garage Doors Chandler
We’re the Chandler crew of Servo Garage Doors Chandler, and we’ve been fixing, installing, and replacing garage doors across the East Valley since 2015. Between us, we’ve worked on more than 18,000 doors in Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Sun Lakes, and the surrounding neighborhoods. What connects everyone on this team is simple: we name the part, we give you a written price, and we don’t leave until the job is done right. No mystery invoices. No vague explanations. Just people who know garage doors and show up ready to work.
Our People
Marcus Deller, Owner
Marcus started in this trade working on commercial doors in Phoenix before moving to residential work and eventually establishing Servo Garage Doors under The Haven Standard in 2015. He’s the one who wrote the founding rule that every customer sees the failed part before anyone quotes a replacement, because he’d watched too many technicians sell parts that didn’t need replacing. Marcus still goes on calls most weeks, and he’s the one who reads every documented photo record before it’s sent to a customer. On days he’s not in the field, he’s reviewing the written scopes from the week and making sure no job closed without its 365-Day Done Right Promise paperwork. He lives in Chandler and has a garage door that he’s rebuilt twice just to test new spring configurations.
Robert T., Lead Technician
Robert has been with Servo since 2017 and handles the most difficult repairs we see: torsion spring replacements on oversized doors, bent tracks on doors that came off their rollers, and logic board failures on older LiftMaster openers. He carries his torque wrench on every job and calibrates spring windings to the tenth of a turn. Before Servo, Robert worked on loading dock equipment in Tempe, which is where he learned to diagnose problems by measuring first and guessing never. He’s the guy who’ll tell you a spring “measured at 0.25-inch wire diameter with a clean break at the coil” and then show you the photo he just took. Robert is our go-to for warranty follow-ups, because if something he fixed isn’t right, he wants to see it with his own eyes before anyone else touches it.
Danielle M., Senior Installer
Danielle joined in 2019 and has installed more than 1,400 full door systems in Chandler alone, including Clopay and Amarr models on homes in Ocotillo, Fulton Ranch, and Cooper Commons. She handles new construction installs, full door replacements, and the trickier retrofits where the existing frame isn’t square and the tracks need shimming. Danielle is the one who walks each customer through the written scope line by line before work starts, because Clause 1 of The Haven Standard says the price and the work are agreed in writing first, and she doesn’t believe in shortcuts around that. Off the clock, she restores old motorcycles, which probably explains why she’s comfortable with a 400-pound door panel and a level at the same time.
Sam K., Apprentice & Service Support
Sam started with us in 2023 after two years doing residential maintenance work in Queen Creek. He’s working toward his full service certification and rides with Robert or Danielle on most calls, handling the truck inventory, the photo documentation, and the pre-work measurements. Sam is the person you might see taking reference photos of the door frame and opener mount before anyone touches a tool. He’s methodical about it, which is exactly what we want from someone who’s learning to be accountable for a documented record. He was born in Chandler and went to Basha High, which means he knows the neighborhoods well enough to point out which streets flood in a monsoon and which HOA gates need opener reprogramming first.
One Standard, Every Job

Every technician at Servo Garage Doors Chandler works under The Haven Standard, which means the same ten rules apply whether Marcus is on the job or a first-time apprentice is taking photos. Clause 1 is the one customers feel most: a flat, written price and written scope before any work starts. Clause 4 is the one they remember afterward: the technician photographs the failed part before quoting a replacement, and the customer receives that photo record with the final documentation. We don’t leave a job without a written warranty and a record of what we found and what we did. That’s not a promise we make for marketing copy. It’s the standing order on every work tablet, on every truck, and on every post-visit review Marcus signs off on each evening.
